Good only for single young people or smokers and drinkers only. Not for children! The management cannot help with smoking neighbors, my apartment reeks with smoke like the busiest club in the city. Air purifier doesn't help, scented candles either, cannot sleep at night because smoke is all over. Also, the window paint peels of quick, the mold is all over the place (windows etc.). In the cold season there's water coming from the windows, have to use lots of towels to keep the floor dry. Noise is terrible too. Can hear whatever neighbors doing and which door of apt they're closing.
The parking lot is not safe at all: 8 cars had been broken into. The bike was stolen from the bike rack. Another bike was saved by the neighbor who saw a guy cutting the wire on the bike.... all in all, place is terrible and good only for short termed lease.
