I have been here for a couple of months and I am counting the day I leave this place. The stuffs are helpful in fixing any maintenance problem. The area is more or less safe. BUT there are TWO HUGE and MAIN problems.
1. The walls and windows are not power efficient. You have to put on the Heater/ AC for about 3 hrs to make your studio a little bit warmer. And when you think that it is warm enough and turn it off, IT WILL TAKE less that 4 mins to go back to where it was. You pay Electric bill for nothing.
2.The Walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. Since I stared to live here, I have never got a good morning sleep. those who live on top walks like a bunch on horses and the noise of the roof keep you awake the whole night. You will be forced to hear when they have sex, talk, watch TV.
PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE. IF YOU DO, AT LEAST PLEASE CHECK THESE TWO PROBLEMS. GOD IS MY WITNESS, THESE ARE TRUE AND YOU WILL SUFFER THE WHOLE YEAR UNTIL YOUR LEASE IS OVER.
