I agree with others that the management team is rude and cold. They don?t treat you as a valued customer even in appication phase. Also, they asked me to pay for the replacement of the new carpet when I moved out. We?ve lived there for more than 32 months. Their claimed charges were outrageous and fradulent. I?m filing complaints and fighting for it...
If not for convenience, I would have moved out earlier.
