No way!! we are moving out next month. There are roaches!!! first time in my life to actually live with roaches. It appears that a number of people are used to the roaches so it is ok with them, but it is pretty bad. they are in the kitchen, bathroom and everywhere. Imagine having to do your dishes twice. Once after you use them and the next day, you have to wash them again before you use them because the roaches have been running over them.

also, the rental office is absolutely rude. Our hot water has not worked in 3 months because the faucet won't shut down, they have never responded to our calls. our front door lock is also broken and we fix it with a knife each day so that it can be open.


The maintenance staff told me today they have problems with the locks but they are on back order. ''' so I guess we are on our own when it comes to locking and opening the door and getting hot water in the bathroom.

If you can deal with roaches and can afford to get your own plumber and maintenance to fix stuff here, then you can live here.

I am really surprised at how they operate, and I think the only reason they continue to do it is because about 90% of residents are immigrants including myself, and the management office know they can get away with it. I told them I am moving in a month, but it is a shame that they are this way
