I lived here for two and a half years-it was an OK place in the beginning, but began to get worse as time passed. Security was a HUGE problem, my apartment door was vandalized twice. People would congregate in the parking lots and night and be incredibly noisy, and would not be quiet when you asked them to. A group of teenagers terrorized some of us the summer of 2005.

At that point, I simply started calling the police on a regular basis.

The sound proofing is great, b/c the buildings are old brick buildings. The kitchens look old b/c the cabinets in some of the apartments haven't been updated. Also, you have to use a laundry facility in each building-only two washers/and dryers for 11 apartments.

The front office was terrible, and didn't seem to be at all concerned with resident problems. The maintenance guy was the one bright spot in the apartment complex-but there didn't seem to be enough maintenance staff for the entire complex.

Yes it is inexpensive, yes it is in a great location, but if you plan to be home a lot, and if you are a single woman, I do not recommend living here.

what the hell does that mean if you are a single woman you don't recommend living there?
