BAD CRUDE UNPROFESSIONAL MGMT. No Customer Service!

we have lived in this apartment since April 2002. they were so nice when you first saw them but as soon as u moved in they have no customer service for you. our car had been stolen last week, and we called to notify but they didnt care much. they didnt even say sorry to us. We paid for the rent, they cashed the money but didnt record into their paperwork but claimed it was like your fault. we called the bank and hopefully will get the statement next week. on the other hand, its location is great. only 3 miles from tysons and very quite neighborhood. Dont move in this appartment becasue u can find tons of appartment near by. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
