Its totally the worst place to live in the great U.S.A

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I dont want to write alot but the points are enough:
1-Worst service when you call and no response.
2-very orld cabinits and walls.
3-no hot water in the morning
4-roaches everywhere
5-they know its low price apartments so they dont care about spanish people
6-very crazy stairways
7-bad parking and they patrol your car every night for inspection emission registration and tags, be careful to have all above valid.
8-rude managment office.
9-maintenance never come or never fix if come
10-can you imagine leaking sewer for upstairs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
11-locks doors windows horrible and old.
12-smell of smoke and burning
13-noise all the time
14-everything is cheep so expect to break
