Not Bad Place to live

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
I have lived here since Feb. 2000. Location is good to access beltway and 66. Rent fee is relatively cheap compared to the near apartment. They didn't increase rent fee after one year so we are paying the same rent fee for two years.
Kitchen appliacnes and bath facets are old. However maintenance is okay. Every time we have a problem, they fixed it in a appropriate time.
The bad things is parking space. Parking spaces are not sufficient. Sometimes when we come home late, we have to park outside of apartment in the pimmit drive.
Overal, it is not that bad to live.
