Ask them if they solve the cockroaches problems before your decision of moving in. You'll find roaches say hello to you while you sleep and feel itchy somewhere...

Also, some teenagers talk loudly at the parking lot in the mid-night. Welcome in if you'd like to build good relationships with local polices. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
