Avoid this place. The roof was leaking, and they gave us a bucket, and told us not to worry, because the rain would stop tomorrow.
The cabinets are old and dirty.
The air conditioner is broken.
The maintenance is stupid and unresponsive. By the time they help you, it takes a month, and you'll probably be dead by then.
Their office has no computer. They use typewriters only. They are in the 1960's, and so are their apartments. The place is noisy, and they raised the rent.
Do not rent an apartment in this place, unless you like noise, heat, horrible maintenance, a dirty kitchen with old cabinets, and unfriendly workers. Also, if you want to live here, you must like bugs.
