I lived here a year and couldn't WAIT to get out of my contract!

When I tried to leave, they told me conflicting things and made me pay more than I should have. They also made me clean the carpets, saying I'd agreed to it in a contract that I NEVER RECEIVED OR SIGNED!! I also had to plaster over and then sand down the plaster on all holes in walls, not major holes, holes from hanging pictures, WHICH THE PAINTERS SHOULD DO!!! NOT THE TENANTS WHO ARE LEAVING!! They also try to get you to leave the power on, which you will then have to pay for. Not to mention that if you work, you can't be there when they check the place over. They also promise you'll get your security deposit back, which is crap as they say there is no security deposit, it's an administration fee. They're just taking all the money they can and making YOU do all the work THEY should be doing. Also, you then know the place isn't professionally cleaned before the next person moves in.

I don't think ANYTHING in this place has been updated since it was built. There's a whole LIST of things that are broken from the patio door to the bathtub and sink drains to the stove and the fact that THERE ARE NO WINDOW LOCKS!!!

The whole place smells. There are bugs all over no matter what you do. Everything is grimey and sticky no matter how much you try to clean it. The paint is caked on the walls in so many layers it starts to crack off.

The power has power surges and goes off on a regular basis. The water also goes off for no reason on a regular basis.

Washers and dryers don't work.

Parking spaces are too tight and the regulations are horrid. Your car will be hit, some nights you will be lucky to find a spot and forget guests.

Management is HORRIBLE. They're rude, don't fix anything, will screw you over any chance they get, all tell you something different and are idiots!
