The apts are a dump. Full of roaches and vermin. The neighbors seem noisy because the walls are thin. The previous management was bad but the new ones are terrible. They forced my friend to leave even after he had been living there more than 5 years after giving no reason. They fine people for every little thing (legal notices to leave if they late in paying rent by one day) and totally inconsiderate. There are much better places to live elsewhere.
