By now everyone knows about the bad management

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
Well the bad management is a given but its a trade-off between the location and dealing with the ridiculous management. I guess the people living here look like temp workers on H1 visas or illegals with no record or others who cannot buy a place on their own - probably credit problems. Who knows.
