Well, to start of, there was no heat in the apt and pretty cold outside. And the heat wouldn't turn on at night. So I called up the management and they fixed it or turned it on or something. And when I asked them what the problem had been, they started making fun of me and said I didn't know how to operate the thermostat. What jerks ! Then, the toilet started leaking. So, they fixed it. Within two months, its leaking again. Wow ! And, the putty lining between the tub and the tiles in the bathroom started to crack and get brown and filthy. So when I asked them to replace it, they removed the old stuff and added new putty. They did such a poor job that the new putty started to break and fall off within two days. It was worse than before. When I told them about it they said it was the best they could do. The A/C was working feebly and it was extremely noisy - along with the gas heat. When I told them about it they said just raise the volume of the TV while watching. ROFLMAO!! I would suggest getting some cats to get rid of the roaches etc in the apt, although I'm not sure if the mgmt will want an extra fee/deposit for that or what limit they have or whether they will object based on some newfangled strict rules that they have. Even for a simple thing such as backing your car out from your parking spot - you will hear impatient honks, rather than waiting 2 seconds to let you exit. Inconsiderate tenants.
After living there quite a while, I was late in paying my rent by a day, because of the long weekend. I had never been late earlier. Rather than calling me up or reminding me, they sent me an eviction notice. Can you believe these guys!! And then I had to run around and get them a cashiers check and late fee, late in the evening and beg them to accept it. And when I told the mgmt that this was pretty ridiculous behavior, they just didn't give a damn. And does the management keep you waiting and take their own sweet time when you want something from them!!! Be prepared to wait an endless amount of time in the office while the manager attends to his personal calls.
I could go on, but I don't want to waste anymore of my time.
