Have lived in many apartments throughout Northeast and investigated all surroundings here in Fairfax/DC. Sheila and April who manage the place are exceptionally professional and you pay for what you get. Though the garbage area has a terrible odor and you NEED TO PAY FOR INDIVIDUAL GARAGE SPOT unless you will be hiking quite a ways, this community is well worth it. The maintenace crew is responsive (well within 24 hours) and you will ge a beautiful apartment with modern amenities and a quiet, safe (Fairfax police camp out here at night) place. Your neighbors are courteous and never around (most physicians, lawyers, UN/Gvnt.workers, pharmaceutical reps) so it will be ver quiet. This is definitey worth the $1500 for one bedroom unit and many tenants wish they could buy this and call it home.
