I have lived in a few different apartment buildings in the area and this is by far the nicest. The maintenance staff is great. They responded quickly to my laundry flooding during the weekend and even offered to let us an emty apartment to do laundry until the problem was; which it was immediately. The leasing staff is great, I have never experienced any negative attitudes from them. The rent is higher than most places and the apartments don't hold heat or cool air well. We had maintenance replace the weather proofing on the patio door as you could feel the cold air during this winter. The parking lot has gotten full lately as people renting covered spaces stop renting during the spring and summer. Overall I think the place is well worth the money; however, I got one month free pro-rated and wonder how much they will try to increase my rent when my lease is up' They do charge pet rent, $25 a month and $400 non-refundable deposit for pets. I think this is a little out of line, but not uncommon from similiar complexes in the area.
