I havn't signed my lease yet, but so far this place seems really cool. The apts are VERY nice and clean...if you have a unit on the top (fourth) floor, they are considered "penthouse" and the elevator wont even go to that floor unless you have a cardkey. The pool is nice and tennants who use the pool get FREE soft drinks, ice cream, and cookies! The apts are also "networked" and have room to room ethernet and coax jacks...nice for having a small lan or DSS equipment. Parking is a bit expensive ($55/mo to park in the underground garage, or $125/mo for a dedicated single garage storage space), but there is free parking in front of the units, and there seemed to be plentiful spaces. It was also surprisingly quiet.

I will update this review after I move in and have a better feel for the complete picture...so far though its the nicest place I have checked out, and I have checked many places in DC, Arlington, Alexandria, etc.
