I am renting a one bedroom, one bathroom condo from a private owner at JP. Overall, I love it. The condo itself is immaculate. It is a bit small, but I love the layout. The hall and linen closet are small, but the bedroom closet is HUGE, my vanity table and chair fit inside of it w/ plenty of romm for mine and my bf's clothes.

The commmunity itself is great, very safe and quiet. Not too many famillies, lots of young professionals. You can see many people walking their dogs and from what I've seen everyone picks up after their pets. The workout room is small, but the equipment is fairly new and of good quality. The same goes for the pool. The managment is awesome. Tracy is the office manager is she is always willing to help. The community is vey well-maintained, much more so than other places that I have lived. They are always washing the windows, patios, etc. The coomon areas are kept immaculate. I am moving soon becasue my landlord is selling his place, but I wish I could stay!

My only complaint is the parking. The guest parking is almost ALWAYS unavailable. There are only about 20 designated guest spaces for the entire neighborhood. It's especially bad after 7 pm and on weekend nights. Street parking is also becoming hard to come by, since one side of the main road (Gatehouse) now has a no parking sign up. Some people still park there, but i wouldn't recommend itas I've seen tickets on card before. Sometimes parking is so sparse i have to park my car at teh end of the main road, next to the Mr. Car Wash.

Overall, my favorite place to live to date!
