It's old, drafty and rates keep going up. Cars are suseptable to damage from pranksters. Yards are riddled with pet feces and trash.
Some residents think all the laundry rooms are theirs to horde. Items in the storage rooms are at risk, don't put anything of value in the storage area someone will take it.
Parking isn't sufficient and if you have visitors they will have to find a place to park outside the complex like on a side street.
