I'm not sure what is going on but there's a number of brewing issues. Office is closed often. Every time I come home late, the police is called redundantly over the same problem. Tonight the police are around, this happens just about every other day now. Non-Tenants gathering around the buildings and the parking lot at odd hours. Strange people coming in and out all of the time. Many are complaining and many are starting to talk about moving.

I don't enjoy these new situations, I don't enjoy hearing my fellow neighbors and friends may leave. I also don't want to start thinking that I should move also.
Lee Square is not Slumsville, it would be a shame that it would turn in that direction.

Unhappy at Blk. 100.

You should feel safe with the police around. Knowing the City of Falls Church Police there can't be many strangers hanging around for one and as far as the office being closed. since one person runs the whole show there, it would be closed on their lunch hour. If you have a complaint call the office. Everthing seems to get done in a timely fashion. It seems to me you want to control the place. MAYBE yOU NEED TO GET A JOB.

I live at the back of the complex and it's a different world - really a great place to live. I disagree about the office - Rose is wonderful and very responsive - but do agree the front (100 block) of the complex seems to be a little less congenial. I was visiting a friend the other night and there was music blaring from the apartment next door (on a week night) - nothing terrible, but it gives a low-rent vibe.

What's with the assassinations, get over it, apartment living, ladies and gents. What's with the remarks insulting others? To each building their own. Some are more quiet than others, some are rather noisy. Deal with it, try to deal with it with a manager who hasn't a clue about the community, try dealing with it with a newbie management company also, watch what happens. Please keep the trolling down to a mininum, there are companies and future tenants watching this reflects a lot more than most think in general which can prove damaging and could prove to ruin the quality of living. If one has something to say to another you can take it to the managers' office. Thank You.

Life is a battlefield isn't it "Anonymous". Ineresting display going on here you have, someone has much "free time" that I see here, don't you agree "Anonymous". I say there are many opportunities in the area to find work, I suggest you heed your own advice.

i understand things are difficult with some tenants and it takes a serious grade of understanding. it also takes much time to work things out. what i like about rose or should i say what i seriously and honestly appreciate about rose is her understanding. it takes time and i know there is a situation or two from time to time with tenants, remember i want rose on my side and not just be thrown from my house and home so to speak. i may not completely understand but over the past few weeks i had thought very seriously about my own situation and consider the fact i want rose pitch hitting for me than someone who just wants to cash my check and then pitch me out because i'm a problem. i may not understand everything going on, i just can only imply with prior experiences i dealt with trying to be something i couldn't. not everything is perfect and i know for one thing i'm not a perfect guest and i can't say much about all of this but one thing is for sure. least if someone didn't appreciate me being there i would know rose would take some time to consider who i am. sorry, i just had to say that since i'm not the perfect tenant, i have financial issues along with my boss and she really goes beyond the call of duty and the moral of it all within logical and legal ability to make me part of this community. i sweat every single time i have to bring in a rent check, after katrina in new orleans it has been more than difficult and i was really, really seriously late with one check and it bounced, but with rose and her understanding, maturity and the capacity of sr management i feel assured that when i turn in my check they will try to work as hard as they can to keep me being family here no matter how much i complain about the smallest things. sorry, i had to say this after being here nearly 4 years. things can be a bother but overall the only bothers i have are only typical, my choice and well i'm a fussy ninny anyways and have supersonic hearing and i like to nitpick seriously. but i call everyone by name and honestly, though i may not enjoy garden aparments as much as the huge city structures, she assured me that if i have to leave for any reason at any time that i'm more than welcomed back at any time for any reason at lee square apartment. the only shame is with all the things happening at a lightening speed in falls church is situations may remove this opportunity for me to find a home here to keep me sheltered from all of life's abilities and challenges. i will surely miss lee square and broad falls, please consider these two places when you are on route 7 to find a abode because rose reid and varlona will bend over more than they can do logically for you and they have a sense of humanity also. i enjoy the fact that we can be festive without hassle also, that may not be important but it is to me. come xmas and come easter no matter what i enjoy the family spirit these places have and the fact that of course we, if we explain our sitations, are people and due to my experience with both we aren't just dollar signs. it sure has been comforting to myself and my mate. i hope this means much, i am a tenant and i have been here long enough to know the place.

Hi Everyone! My husband, daughter and I lived in the last apartment building in 1995 before being transferred overseas. We are now looking again for a place to live...we're returning home after 13 years. We were new to the area and Rose was very kind to us. She treated us like family and our neighbors were wonderful people. We think fondly of Rose and wish her and all of you THE BEST!
