i've been hard on rose since the time i unpacked my boxes at the apartment whe assigned my partner and myself. that comes with the territory, i'm a tenant and that's how it is. in my prior experiences i've been a pain to my other managers but they understood that's the way it goes and it's normal how things operated in the relationship between the management and the tenants at the residence. those who are complaining about rose's efforts are easily forgetting something, rose has been here for many years and she understands the situations, the tenants and the building, not only in general but in specifics. when i first laid my roots here to plant i had some complaints about a stove that was leaking gas, the maintenance worked along with me for 2 months until they efforted a new stove for me after all was lost. i was surprised to the utmost and very pleased i figured if they put up with all that from me they must be more than worthwhile. it's hard to get such dedication actually, i kid you not. everything's been almost close to perfect, sure i complain about noise and some litter but that has happened with every, single apartment complex and other multifamily living quarters i've dealth with over the years, from fair housing to housing authority. it has been warm in the winter to chilly in the summer. i had issue with the ac unit for a bit but all i had to do was call in on a sunday of all days to dolly madison and a man was there with in one hour, with all his tools and energy to just tell me it was simple lack of charge in the unit and before i knew it my apartment, on the top floor on a hot as you know what day, was ice cold again and i was snuggled in my blankets nursing a hangover. it has been more than great actually, considering i'm not an garden apartments person and i don't care much for noise. i have felt not only comfortable here but enthusiastic and that takes much from a creative person like myself. i have decored my balcony to almost beyond legal limits and have done annoying things but no complaint and with all that goes on here from time to time that's astounding. i know i have pushed my limits from time to time here and rose has the patience of a saint, anyone wanting to push her out will soon understand that you really need someone with a long term experience and understanding of a building and it's occupants to have a comfortable situation even if things aren't working to everyone's needs and likes. it happens from time to time one must understand that and have the maturity to figure out it takes some understanding and effort to get things to work out and it is really rare to make something like this happen. lee square has a family atomosphere, sure things change with all the development happening and new people coming in. it can be tough i know i worked as a grunt at one major complex in baltimore and that took more than i could handle and i understood that it's a imbred thing, one must be born to do this. if rose leaves, which i think she was born to be the mother of this ship you know what, i don't care who complains about what right now, she stands up for a few and she's been leaniant with a few things because it takes common sense that we aren't just people with rent checks, we are people with problems, lives and the what not. she leaves, sorry i'm packing my bags also. thanks for listening, what i say may not be logical, intelligent or with much experience overall but i rather have rose pull the load than anyone else.
that's just how i feel about it and if no one likes that opinion well they know who to come and talk to. it's obvious!

2 months to fix a gas leak? sounds dangerous to me.

no duh. i guess that's why it was fixed.
