It's not a great place nor is it a dump. The rent is excrusiating but so it is all over the city now days.

The yard work is clean and effective. The laundry gets done, dry and relatively clean.

Rose is gracious, patient and helpful. 80% of the time things get done without much hassle or wait.

Neighbors, relatively pleasant, sometimes a few come in that are a handful but if there's serious issues, eventually they are attended to in a legal matter with much consistancy and intelligence.

Sometimes one can have a tough time but that passes and that is no unique here. You will see some good and some bad, online and here at the apartments. Like with all other dwellings in the city of Falls Church.

There's pest control, the maintenence is far better than most, unlike contract work which more buildings are starting to use. Having an outside company tend to inside issues can be rather cold, distant and really costly with poor results.

This is why I remain here still.

If you must move within the area, still consider Lee Square.

It really is not all that bad.


Those who complain are either bored children wanting trouble, already troublesome neighbors who are trying to make trouble or those who are overly fussy in general or have moved from another building that had much different conditions.

I've been here long enough to know that Lee Square rates still rather preferrable, even compared to the new condos nearby. Lee Square is no younger to the area.

Going to hang out here a while longer.
