Lee Square is one of the best, if not the best, rental properties in Falls Church City. The buildings are old, but the Apartments have been recently modernised and they are very well maintained. There is a high percentage of elderly residents and families so the noise level is reletively low. It is a bargain by FC standards, and the location is wonderful. Cafe/Bakery, Take-out Pizza, and Video Store directly across the street. Walk to Metro and Busses outside the door. Great sense of community, and very safe. As the title says, the years I spent living at Lee Square were among the happiest of my life. In fact I still visit regularly!

Lee Square is a great place to live & raise a family. If you want to complain about the noise & other tenants - contact City of FC housing and move to affordable housing. OR JUST MOVE.
