The average person just can't afford living at Lee Square any longer. I find it impossible to keep up with the increases.
3 Bedroomers are over 1600 with 900 sq.ft.
Impossible!
Their 1 bedroomers are 1400 and that is just last years market price they scheduled.
I'm afraid like you can't imagine what it will be this year.
Nothing works properly, plumbing is a joke, heating is miserable and the air conditioning barely makes a difference.
Plus electricity is NOT included.
I'm up for a rent increase next month, I'm just sitting by, sweating with worry that I'll be homeless in 30 days.
Bliss.
:(
P.S. If you have guests who wish to drop by, forget it, they have to park on the side streets, can you imagine that'
Also, during Memorial day, everyone from all over Falls Church parked at the apartment complex who were NOT guests OR tenants. But nothing was done about it, I had to park in another parking lot from another building and wait, watch, wonder when I was going to be able to park where I live, I thought tenants were priority'
Nevermind.

I'm not really sure where you get the idea that people who drop by have to park on the side streets. The posted towing times are between midnight and (I think) 7 am, and none of my guests have ever had a problem.

so what you're saying is in a couple of months your furniture will be out on the front yard and the neighbors can make dibs on it?

agree with you, I moved out last week to a VERY nice updated condo rental for $1200 inclusive; no paper thin walls, no barking dogs, no grunge in bath and kitchen, no regular turn-off of water for hours on end...friendly onsite staff only goes so far in making up for a rundown overpriced property and a property mgmt firm that thinks it is providing some type of Shangri-la environment

Hi! I just moved in but noticed that anytime my neighbor upstairs turns on the water it will deafen you in my place. Pipes are not insulated & very noisy. Been there 3 wks & already had 2 leaks from condensate upstairs. No quarrel with my neighbor, but upsetting. Cannot move one closet door - carpet is too high. If I was the homeowner, I wouldn't pay the painters. Horrible job. No sanding or anything. Looks like just spray paint. Toilet is VERY difficult to flush. Was told that it is just an old toilet & it is what it is. Due to arthritis, cannot push hard enough to flush with my right hand. Thought I was getting a nice place. Very pleased w/management, tho. Very nice.
