Want to disrespect your fellow Tenants and the Management, after recieving notices and calls about complaints and wish to continue' Remember there are laws, regulations and a lease, let alone a City ordinance, if you voilate any of those you could end up paying financially or otherwise, so remember common dencency or you could be owned by your neighbor, big time. So when you get complaints remember it's not just some simple matter, you are living in a community, if you can't comply and don't understand this, I truely suggest you move on. Thanks.

Listen, what do you expect? It is an "Muli-applicant" building. We have a noise issue and a "Trash issue" but just talk to the manager, just so it's "Covered" I am certain they may have some resolution. :D (If not, then talk to a lawyer, they are FREE before you HIRE them.) It is NOT "rocket science". (Learn about your rights in the apartment industry folks... )
