I lived here for a year and i didn't have any problems. The only minor problem would be parking. You have one assigned spot and if you have two cars then some nights you might have to drive around the complex looking for a parking space. The windows are a little thin so you can hear people talking outside, which isn't a good thing when its late and you have people and cars going past your window. Aside from those two minor things the complex is a nice place to live, the pool is nice, and the mgmt staff are really nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
