I've lived here for now about a year in a half. I love this area because this is where I've grown up and everything that I need is close. Let's see since I've lived here: #1 My car has been broken into not once but twice..When I was having someone's car towed out of my parking space one night, the tow truck driver told me how he has heard complaints about peoples cars have been stolen right out of the lot..The front office has done nothing to let their residents know about what has been going on.. #2 I have had a huge termite problem for over a month now. What termites do is swarm. Now image walking out of your kitchen. you come back maybe 15 minutes later and your floor is completely covered with these tiny black bugs. That's how fast that they swarm. I've been dealing with this for over a month now. Each time that they say that the termite people are coming, they don't show up. I'm really getting sick and tired of this... #3 Sometimes my neighbor right next to me would have parties. I'm talking like age range from 16 to maybe 20. They would be so loud. The warmer it would be out side, the louder they would be. I walked out of my bedroom about 4 in the morning to use the restroom and I could have sworn that there was people in my living room. That's how loud it was. They would leave broken glass on their patio, which would eventually make it's way over to mine, leave beer bottles in bushes, and broken glass along the courtyard... Seriously is this what I pay rent for every month'' Now that I think about it, take my advice, find somewhere else..
