I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. So far I've had an excellent experience living here. Management is very competent and FOLLOWS THROUGH very thoroughly. Maintenance is a pleasure and the other tenants are quiet and pleasant. I'd recommend Merrill House to anyone seeking quick access to the city but quiet living. The commute to DC is about 12 minutes on I-66, what a breeze and the metro is exactly 1 mile walking distance (15-20 minute walk).
