Staff has always been great with everything. Only time I had a problem was getting water damage fixed that came from the apartment above (took over a month). All other service has been great.
One warning - they are planning on remodeling later in 2005-2006. Not sure if new residents are aware of this as the plans are not final until a contractor has signed on to do the work. This will include moving all residents out (one half of biudling, then a few months later the other half). Aimco is paying to help residents move and helping them relocate at nearby properties, but this could still be a problem for many people. Renovations sound wonderful but rent is bound to increase by quite a bit. (No details have been released yet)

Renovations were canceled and no one was informed. My guess is Aimco is trying to get the wrecking ball here and put up $500,000 condos

rather cheap condos isn't it? figures they'd do that being all desperate and finding out the owner died.
