Falling Apart

This building has serious maintenance issues and the landlord has invested nothing in the upkeep of the building. Furnishings are from the 1970's. The burnt orange carpeting in the hallways indicates the investment company's (AIMCO) lack of committment to this property.

Tenants are starting to leave in droves and many units are empty. The basement smells of garbage and cockroaches are becoming a problem.
