got a neighbor who won't stop being a pain in the ass. manager is a weak being who isn't helping out. i'm just a tenant and i can only do so much.

it's not my job to try and keep this ------- neighbor from destroying quality time, work time and sleep time.

but they don't care.

also roaches are a nice addition to this every so quality packed atmosphere.

trash all over the place to it's like the tenants can't aim or walk to put the trash where it belongs their legs must be broken or they're too good to take out the trash let someone else do it for them.

also the place smells of soiled diapers and burnt milk, the vents should be cleaned every 400 years or something it's not like i'm asking for much or anyone else who is having difficulty here.

it's like they lost all enthusiasm.

if you can tolerate this and many more things i've not mentioned go on right ahead and live here. i can't wait to move out.

my giant ---- like tampax brawstrap duh me have anurism to brain nodules duh neighbor have small anus too tight to ---- with dog hampster nutsack regional golf tornament like roach play golf testicals in fridge groin muscles with tabasco and beer nice living with tic tacs up my nose help can't breath omg omg omg cough cough oh oh dead.

1st off who ever posted this negative review (mrtamponplus2000) is a complete looney!! I was reading different reviews for apartments in Falls Church and the same person on the same day posted a pathetic review much like this one for Skyline Towers. I am glad I did not let his pathetic review effect my decision to move into Merrill House. I been living at Merrill House for over 3 months now and I have yet to see one roach! I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great place to live. It???s convenient to the Metro it takes me 15minutes to walk and when I don???t feel like walking I take the city bus and I am there within 5minutes. I love it here and I doubt I???ll be moving anytime soon. Also the staff is very nice. And like I said make your own decision don???t let some dumb reviews keep you from renting a great apartment remember people come on this site just to talk trash and who knows if everyone that is leaving negative reviews are not just mad for being evicted? Anyways like I said I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a nice peaceful place to call home???also I have met some great neighbors here.

I love the apartments but there are roaches that is a fact. I am hoping to transfer to a different apartment within the complex since the price and location are so good. I have talked to other residents and some people have never seen a roach whereas others (like me) deal with them on a daily basis.
