Pretty good in the eyes of a grad student

I've been here for about 8 months and the only reason I'm leaving is because I'm getting a roommate.
Pros:
-Very friendly staff and maintenance who are known on a first name basis.
-My apartment, while I helped, was very clean without any instance of bugs.
-Lots of parking with ample visitor parking.
-I even got a student discount!
-Very large windows which allow a lot of light in.
Cons:
-Sometimes there are noisy neighbors, but you'll find that everywhere.
-The heating/AC is controlled by the managment so they switch on the heating and air for everyone at once. It can be annoying during the transition periods, but nothing unbearable.
Other than that, it is a nice place to live in a good neighborhood.
