All of the three reviews I have seen of the places I have lived in (Montecello Gardens, the Calvert in Alexandria, and Fairfield Crossing), they all have hit the nail right on the head.

MG is a great place to live and a great value.

My wife and I moved here in 2000 after Fairfield Crossing jacked the rents up and never regretted it one bit. We saved thousands of dollars, felt safe, and loved our view from the porch.

I recommend it. It is a great value.
