For the location of this complex and the size of the apartments, the price is decent.

I was a single, female renter and generally felt safe. I loved that there is a nearby county recreation center and that the complex is very close to 50 and the beltway.

My neighbors were mostly immigrant families, all of whom were very friendly.

The buildings are older, and though the walls are fairly thick, you can hear noises (e.g. water running, furniture moving) in neighbor's apartments.

Also, rent includes all utilities (gas, electric, and water).

Though I felt safe in the general neighborhood, take caution in the surrounding areas. Before moving in, I requested crime data from the county and noticed that reports of crime seemed to be high in the vicinity.

I have just one negative comment. A package was stolen from outside my apartment door, and management seemed not to care. Ship your packages to work or ask the post office to hold them.
