good location but dirty

We moved in 2 moths ago and now we want to move out since the appliances are out-of-date and roaches come out from the wall at night. We complained 3 times and had pet control service company come and spray chemicals but the roaches keep coming out from the wall at night. The kitchen has bad smell all the time and the roaches seem out of control.

Agree that the appliances are old, but they work as good as new ones, or are replaced. My roaches problem got solved on its own when i kept it clean
