but extremely noisy. I live in one of the buildings right behind Loehman's Plaza and the trash truck empties the dumpster's anywhere from 3:30 a.m. until 7 a.m. and it's not just one truck, but several per night. Also since Giant grocery store opened tracker and trailers go behind the apartments all night long. Not to mention noisy inconsiderate neighbors. Management inspects apartments 4 times per year, which I think is GREAT, however, they could schedule their changing of the filters at the same time, instead of having to come back into the apartment 2 weeks later to change them.
Other than that, parking is good, maintenance is excellent, entire complex is very well kept, but the noise issue has made me decide to relocate.

i probably live in the same building as you, but i don't really notice the trash trucks. the noise is totally ruckus in this building. the sad thing is, that when i first moved in here, it was WORSE! i live on the second floor. there are lots of babies in these apartments. when i first moved in here, one of the upstairs tenants said 'good luck!'. He said the last tenants moved out of the apartment I was moving into because of noise. so far, i've been here for a year and a half. i'm trying to deal with the tenant noise because everything else is perfect!

i agree with the noise problem, cuz i live right on the very first floor, and there's a 2 yr old baby running around every now and then...and worst than that is i think the mother of this kid is babysitting other kids...but i think there's nothing i can do about it..yet i will just have to understand, cuz i think the mother doesnt work at all and only the husband works for their family...so i said to myself i will just have to get use to it. the only thing i dont like about living here, is the management comes up to this schedule like every 2 or 3 months inspecting the apartment etc, etc...we also need some privacy...
