THIS CAN"T BE LEGAL...the management has completely closed the street at the main entrance of apartment complex for repaving (it's been closed for at least 48 hours so far). Fire and Rescue use that street to serve Monticello Gardens as well as the neighborhoods behind.

i agree w/ how many times mgnt inspections held in every apt and its driving me bananas....u dont have any privacy at all...as if the appliances in the kitchen were brand new...nobody would even steal neither any of those old appliances...brand new from a liquidation store worth much better...huh!

I have lived here for 4 years and what used to be combined into one or two visits. Now there are at least three or four twice a year. My oven is a piece of junk--they have been called to fix it 3 times but it breaks again in a month or two. I've given up and only cook things that can be cooked in my microwave or on the stove top.

I agree with the reviewer. There are certain things about this property that could be considered a 'bargain' but make sure that privacy isn't important to you before you decide to rent here. I was stunned at the number of times management 'needs' to go into your apartment. Also, the wiring/utilities are extremely fragile, so we lost power long enough to spoil all of our groceries twice due to weather. If you can afford better, skip this place. It worked for a year while I was saving money to buy a home, but I'm happy to move out.
