We looked for some time for a safe, relatively inexpensive apt.. Oakwood has certainly fit the bill! Staff is friendly and helpful; amenities are more than appropriate for the price of rent and so far, completely safe and bug-free! We did spring for the renovated unit so I can't vouch for the older ones, but the apt. is quiet and parking is always available.
