We've lived here for about 6 months. We've liked all the amenities and all of the additional services. Free breakfasts on Sundays, free shuttle to the metro, free socials often twice a week. There are planned outings to New York, Charlestown, and I'm sure to many other places. Although there are alot of people that are only here on a short term basis (as it is one of the major corporate housing groups) you do get to know who are your long term neigbors.

What's great is the walls, I can't say I've heard a neighbor through the walls ever. We don't have to watch our steps, or even lower our tone.

There are a lot of families, but the kids seem to be okay. I have never experienced any raucous behavior as described by a previous poster.

There are close by stores and shopping center. We have a shoppers and a safeway nearby. You've also got target, and home depot.

Also the convenience to 66, 495 and D.C. is great! We love being right in the middle of everything.

Maintenance is fast and prompt. I've only had need to call twice, and they have responded asap. I really appreciate that. They are very helpful in the front desk.

I know the apartments are expensive but you get a safe and good looking apartment for the price.
