I have lived in this apartment for a few months now. Now, yes, the gym has not been finished, and I am still waiting for it, but I have high hopes. All of my repair requests have been addressed within 24 hours, and I have absolutely no complaints.

If you arrive home after 10pm, yes, you will have to walk the 10 parking spots down the row to the door, but I have not had a single problem finding a space, and the parking is unlimited, unlike many other complexes that charge you for more than one car.

The insulation between the floors in the garden style aparments is not fantastic, but I have never had problems with it, at worst you hear someone walking around, but the insulation is decent enough that I havent heard anyone's music or TV.

The views from the garden style apartments are lovely, and I enjoy the breakfast room that is available in those apartments that looks out on the lawn and trees. I am impressed by the mature landscaping, and quiet surroundings.

The people in this complex have been mostly young professionals like myself. They are not extremely friendly, but they are quiet and that's a good thing.

As per drug dealers around the corner, I have no idea what people are talking about. I have not seen nor heard of these drug dealers. The people I have seen have, as I said above, all been young and professional.

I have not had problems with bugs. Yes, there is the occasional insect. But I can leave dishes on the counter overnight, and not have any sort of insect on them in the morning. No roaches, no ants, no mutant silverfish referred to in previous posts.

I love living here, and I am appalled that this apartment has gotten such low ratings from others. Give it a chance and at least go see it. You will probably fall in love with it, as I did.
