Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
Eventhough the metro is about 0.8 miles from apartment, there is no bus to go to the metro. No fitness center. Need to go for a long walk to the school bus stop.

They raise the rent every year drastically. They will not give you the special they offer to the new residents.
