I agree with the reviewers who said this was a great place to live four years ago. Jackie and Lily were great managers and the apartments were a great value albeit older. Now they think that they are a "luxury" apartment building because they have renovated a few units and redone the balconies. I have never seen someone hawk old apartments with NO washer dryer as luxury. They are infested with roaches and mold. I have been laying in bed on more than one occasion and seen a roach crawl across my bed. The kitchen and bathroom os out right infested. The management team is at best unresponsive and at worst completely vengeful morons.
