I also live here and agree wholeheartedly with everything in the anonymous review from 8/25/07...

I have lived here for 4 years and they have been doing construction and renovations ever since I moved in. New management took over the property recently and started implementing several noticeable changes. Granted, they were overdue - but the quality of living should not suffer because of the upgrades that are being made to the property.

In general, the maintenance staff is very nice - but they are either understaffed or overworked. On average, unless your problem is an 'emergency' you will have to wait at least 2 days for your problem to be fixed.

They are renovating the parking garage - a job that takes up 50% of the parking spaces on a level at time. They post signs throughout the property that instruct you to NOT park on your level, but you cannot park on any other level or you WILL be towed. With 2 towers, 26 stories in each tower... where are we supposed to park'' As much as we pay in rent, this should not be an issue.

Due to the construction, they have taken away the free short-term visitor parking. If you have a guest that wants to stop by for 30 minutes, they have to pay $5 to park. That is outrageous!

Would recommend overall if you're a person to welcome diversity and don't have a problem living in a large apartment community. If you're looking for a perfect living environment, stop renting and buy - because if you want something done right you'll have to do it yourself.

Rats live happy, they love the place!! If you have cats I recommend you skylines THEY will live in the sky eating so many RATS every day! Enjoy cats!!
