Sadly most of the comments here (negative ones) are true. When my roommate and myself came and toured the place it looked amazing and the leasing agent that helped us was great. I was hesitant from the beginning to move into a high rise but the view of DC is what got me. The view and the size of the apartments though are the ONLY good things about this place.

Parking here is horrible if you have guests over. First they have to actually find a place (very limited guest parking). Then they have to get a parking pass that lasts 6 hours (believe me they will tow you right at 6 hours too). Then they have to go back to their car and put the pass in their windsheild. If they want to stay 24 hours they have to buy a parking pass for $5! This place is not even within walking distance of the metro so it makes NO SENSE to charge for parking.

They are always doing construction here or something that they have to come into your apartment for. Usually they only give you a day or two notice for that.

When we moved in here, they called me literally 10 minutes before I was to get here to start moving in to tell me my apartment wasn't ready and that it would be at least 3 hours until it was (carpets weren't clean). Well we get back 3 hours later and the guy was JUST getting there to clean the carpets so they were SOAKED. So we left for another 3-4 hours and came back and had to move in around 9pm at night with still wet carpets. A day that would've been over at 3pm lasted until well after midnight because of their screw up. You can also never get ahold of anyone in the leasing office. I literally called at 9am when they opened and kept calling and calling until finally someone picked up the phone at 4:30pm. HORRIBLE customer service.

The heating and cooling situation is ridiculous. At the very end of October they switch over to the heating system. Because of this you will not have heat for 2 weeks. When they did it last year it was about 30-40 degrees out at night. Right now it's close to 90 and they won't be turning the AC unit on until next week. I'm sorry but i'm sure all they have to do is literally go upstairs and flip the switch to turn it on. Their tenants are in their apartment sweating in 90 degree weather while they do nothing.

Needless to say I will be moving from here at the end of my lease and will tell anyone and everyone that is thinking about moving here to STAY AWAY because you will regret it.
