Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
it's too late, too much, too little done about this place. shame it was a mecca one time of day now it's a crumbling pile of feces.
why is it that all mangement companies and owners have to do this' don't they know that if they let something fall that no one's going to resurrect it' you can't keep bleeding a place until it's dead you can't make money that way.
what ever happened to pride, what ever happened to quality service'
i guess it's dead. i guess what they're thinking is that the building isn't getting any newer and hoping that they'll get an offer and move on and let the developers turn it into a condo with shopping annex.
i've been in 9 buildings so far where they've done this and the big problem is those buildings were well made.
not any more.
