This is no lie people! I could go on and on about the problems here, but from what I have read, it looks like everyone feels the same way I do. Oh and the bed bugs, totally true. I have been eaten alive when I have stayed with a friend who lives a couple floors down. His apartment is infested and all of his brand new, expensive furniture is ruined. Very clean guy, just moved in...apartment looks nice, but they attack your furniture and you at night when you are asleep!

Note: The prices listed on their website are for an apartment that has not been refinished and without a washer/dryer.

I felt $992 was a lot for the crap they put you through here, without recourse. Now to increase my rent to $1,162 for a studio' Check out the Skyline Towers website, you will see the price breakdowns. Start looking for a new place to live...because if you are also unaware, you have to tell them 60 days before your lease expires if you intend to move out when it does...OR they can charge you another month's rent until they find someone to move in!

These remarks are 100% true. I think we all need to ban together and find out what we can do! Do you think paying an extra $2,000 (minimum) next year in rent here is worth our new windows and garage' How about all of the other hassles we have had to endure as residents.

I will move to Ballston (next to a Metro) to a safer environment for that much rent! Thank you very much!

Bugs are from people eating on the floors. I cant imagine anyone wanting to live there other than Hamas loving infidels.
