I was a resident here untill last week. I am a travel nurse so I only had to endure this location for that short time. Boy was that enough. I personally heard 14 fire alarms (including 4am on the day after Thanksgiving) only to find out that almost all of them were false alarms. Yes the apartments were large and when I moved in mine was clean- I NEVER saw a single bug, or other creature in my apartment. My neighbors were unfriendly and the people below me complained about my noise- except I work nights and sleep all day- I dont really make a lot of noise because Im never home. There was a fire in the boiler and we had no heat or water for 2 days and my company had to transfer me to a hotel because the apartment got so cold.
At one point around Thanksgiving the elevator in the parking garage went out and the security guard at the desk told me when I complained that the repair man was too expensive to call on a weekend- it would have to wait untill monday. Excuse me' There are many elderly and handicapped people here as well as families with small children that really need that elevator. Just another example of the management watching the bottom line and not watching out for the tennant.
I didnt have to pay for my apartment- its part of the company deal- and Im glad. I would never rent here. The construction is horrible, I was asked to vacate my apartment and sleep in another apartment on another floor because they were placing new windows. Heaven forbid they wait 3 weeks until I leave and do it then.
I would say do not rent here. Its not worth the headache.

What do you expect? I mean this place is a Slum for Infidel Hamas and Hizbollah lovers. Let them stew with the vermin.

NO HEAT, NO WATER, NO ELECTRICITY, NO ELEVATOR, NO AIR. These signs are posted so often (almost every other day) that management could save time and paper by just telling us when things will be ON.
