Watch Your Accounts very carefully. We were double-billed for rent/utility and complained. We also complained that management was bringing the gang element/low income types into the community. The accountant said they were selling the property and would accept anyone to keep the rent coming in. When we complained about the NO WATER, NO ELECTRICITY, NO RUNNING WATER, NO HOT WATER, NO ELEVATOR, BROKEN KITCHEN APPLIANCES and when we told the accountant that we would move out, he laughed. He said that management didn't care because we would still have to pay for the rest of the lease.

Do not rent here. This place could care less about you. The services they promise are non-existent. Nothing works here.

Nobody wants to face this problems!! I live here and I know that all the bad things I am reading...There are ALL TRUE!

Still the same as it was in 1985, I lived or tried to live in the North Tower, slum then and still is, ran when lease up I did not walk I ran away.

You get what you pay for. You are paying slum rate rent, you get a slum

No way over is this placing charging slum rates ... the rents here start at over 1000 for a studio.

So true!!! Management will tell you that they have numerous "luxuries". They fail to tell you that it's all a front. Nothing works. Another neighbor broke their lease and moved out. At this rate, our floor will soon be empty.

You should call the Health Department and report the brown water. Then Skyline will have to fix it within a certain period of time. I think they would take out complaints more seriously if they knew they would be accountable for health code violations like bad plumbing/no water/no heat/no electricity.

So TRUE! And, WATCH CAREFULLY WHEN YOU GIVE YOUR NOTICE TO MOVE OUT. Make sure you have your ATTORNEY READY! They try to force you to prepay 3x the utilities and tell you they have to inspect your apartment for ADDITIONAL CHARGES and suggest that you not be present! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE!!!
