It keeps getting worse

For six months there has been an ungodly stench in the basement level (where building services, gym and access to parking ramp are located). The staff must every day clean up hundreds of dead flies from the floor and over the weekend they just pile up. One I noticed a rat the size of a small adult cat sitting on a ledge in the loading dock as staff personnel walked past performing their other duties.
The maintenance personnel seem pretty good at their jobs. They are friendly and helpful.
Management often treats tenants as damned inconvenient necessitites often creating an antagonistic relationship through penurious policies imposed on tenants while they fail to maintain the building to acceptable standards.

As their bookkeeper said, they are planning to get rid of the property. Tenants are just there to pay the bills until they can sell the property. They have no intention of doing anything to maintain the property. They now have the gang element at the property on top of everything else. So, all you can do is get out as soon as possible.
