dear skyline tenants
moved out of the north tower a couple years ago. i moved to NE DC where rent is a fraction of skyline's. over here i have a balcony, washer/dryer in unit THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!, balcony, all that good crap. oh yeah, my AC/HEAT is built in too so i dont have to wait for someone to turn it on. but id like to add that the other day, my garbage disposal broke and it took them 3 whole hours to come and fix it.
basiclly, i live in the hood and got it better than yall, move out now, if at least half of you refuse to re-sign you lease they'll be forced to make changes.
i grew up there and loved it but yall are saints for staying as long as you have.

Great Write up! I'm living good also, though not in the hood. I pay #300 more a month where I am now but that equals out to be what I paid for parking, utilities, and gross inconvenience at skyline. Sadly, tenants refuse to re-sign in masses as skyline but the place brings new people in unaware of the issues just as fast as others leave (They keep the lobby clean and appearing secure so noone knows what is going on until they are in). : O D

I moved out too and am very happy where I am. Moving out of the Skyline Slum was the best decision. Management does nothing to take care of the Skyline properties.

To the first Anonymous, i'm willing to sign anything, but do you know anyone who already has a petition or anything like that to sign, if not, i can make one myself, i studied and practiced law so i know how to write a petition, the question is, if people already sign here anonymasouly, including yourself, is anyone willing to go public? i am going public, and i dare anyone to do it first. People do the talk but only few do the walk, but i always believe that it's always down to the few to make make the good for the majority, that's how it's always been my friend. Get back to me and i will take from there and you'll see if i'm not willing to sign or not, i can even go to court to testify, i had enough and many others too.
